Nothing lights up seems like theres no power but getting power to where it plugs in to pcb

If the programmer doesn’t light up and you have 240v on block x2 (live and neutral in ) then remove the programmer plug from x4 and link the brown to the white for hot water and brown to grey for c/h.
Could be prog is faulty. Isolate fully as all is 240volts! (I’m assuming this is a non greenstar heat slave. )

There is a power on light on the heatslave which could have duff bulb so see if power to x4

Thats my wiring at the bottom

Could a sensor in the boiler stop it from powering up or would the lcd screen come on anyway with just power to it ?

you have power to the connections on the bottom right. was the 5amp fuse ok located to the right of the wiring?
