Has anybody had any problems with worcester plate heat exchangers being blocked.

Thats a very odd question!

Any plate heat exchanger can get blocked on any make of boiler!

The boiler has never been run without a total filter,scalemaster and was powerflushed,so how has it managed to get blocked.

I have seen boilers with dirt inside when precautions have not been taken to prevent dirty water entering from the flow pipe!

Which side of the heat exchanger is blocked? The primary or secondary?
If primary, then a powerflush should have cleared it, if secondary, then a scalemaster will offer a little protection, but unless softened water is passed through it, then with heavy DHW demand, they can scale up very quickly if your water is particularly hard.
