New to this forum stuff so here it goes... i have a worcester zwb 7 27 he combi that has fault code EA. ive checked conensate pipe is clear, emptied and cleaned the trap but now im stuck? ive gone to 3.3 on service mode and it reads 0 telling me there is no ionisation? so my question is what does that mean and how do i fix it? Thanks for any help!!

This is a gas/combustion problem and unsuitable for a DIY repair.

The only advice that I can give is to call a competent boiler engineer.
