Worcter heatslave 15/19 HELP!!!!

Please help my worcter bosh boiler will switch on for about 20-30 seconds then completely trips the electrics for the whole house, my heating engineer is totally stumped and we've come to the conclusion that it's something to do with the burner as on disconnecting keeps the boiler and electrics on but obviously no heating my next step is to replace the burner but I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and it was something simple and not the cost of a new burner thanks in advance
