I have a 60kw oil boiler and want to find out the correct vessel size. What is the formula please..

It has nothing to do with the power of the boiler. Vessel size is dependant on system volume including pipes and boiler volume, AND dependant on the system static pressure and on the PRV setting. However it is impossible to have a vessel that is too large.
As a guide only, if you have a PRV = 3 bar, and systen static pressure = 1 bar (and that will give you a 4 storey house) the vessel is around 12% of the system volume.
Though if you work for Grant boilers, is this forum the best place to get information like this?
