my workshop is ready to be rendered,, i have mounted stainless steele beading on all corners, its a new structure (blocks)...
after much research i am going to rnder it myself, due to cost mainly.,
can someone tell me the basic mix of sand (which type) and cement..
my intent is to do first layer like plastering, then scratch it,, leave it a few days then do next coat,,,,
i was told there is something called sand-tex???? paint with sand in it that gives you a nice finish?
is this the easiest way to go abou it?
(also consididered batons to get level but i am not going to do this, i am confident io dont reeally need to)
