When I said TWICE I meant TWICE = TWO Times.

One significant player = Bobby Moore 1st time

One significant player = Johnny Wilkinson 2nd time

Both times we won at World Cup FOOTBALL

That second one doesn't count anyway .. fluke, flash in the pan, lucky.
We didn't win it, the Aussies gave it away... We've been rubbish since.

Johnny come lately? 'Cause he isn't doing much - another flash in the pan .. here today gone tomorrow.
Just like our local side Bath, best in the country - when they were the only shamateurs... Didn't last did it?
