The foreign office is pleaing with any english fans going to the world cup to sing in german to avoid offending the hosts.
It's posting the three lions song on a government website in german so fans can learn the song before the world cup starts.

Foreign office minister lord Triesman advised them to brush up on german customs, and he said "singing in the host nation's language might be a bit of fun".

Some how i can't see it myself, 100,000 fans singing in german

Why are we so worried about offending other nations, who are we trying to be Florence Nightingale, help every one, bend rules to keep certain people happy.
Why can't we be strong and stop pu..s...s...y footing around. ?
