I recently got this boiler installed (just three weeks ago) and the installer set the timings on the thermostat which was great.
But recently I have wanted the room temp higher than 20C and my boiler doesn't seem to work with the thermostat. It's heat range seems to be either 18 or 20... It shows on the wireless thrmostat that it should be heating up (a little flame flashes) but this doesn't seem to be communicated to my boiler... and the room doesn't get any hotter
I have checked the clock and that's correct. Can someone advise what is going on. It's like a dark art this boiler business...
