We want to join on to the extension
We want to knock down the conservatory and make one big extension.
Question would this be possible

No, unfortunately you would need planning permission.
(That's not to say you wouldn't get it, just that it wouldn't be permitted development, and you would need to make a planning application).

Yes understood that but would it be possible to build onto the extension.
Could I get enough of the roof pitched to join into it

Sorry, as this was the Planning & Building Regs forum I thought you were concerned about Planning, with a capital P.
Can't see how you would get a pitched roof on that without going above the cills.
Have you considered a GRP flat roof, perhaps with a lantern?

Thank you much appreciated you posting, think we will knock conservatory done and make the room separate less hassle

Thanks

Yes its possible. The biggest problem would be picking someone useless to do the plans and ending up with a crap looking monstrosity tacked on to the back of the house.

But yes, see what planning or even drainage restrictions there are first which may thawt your plans from the off.
