I will be going to see the pre-planning officer in a couple of weeks.
So that I am prepared to show him notes from their guide documents which you referred me to, what exactly should I tell him or which part of the paragraph can I show him so that I can re-enforce my application for the conservatory?

1- how do I get a site plan and what is it?
2- Is it page 62 I should print out and take? if so, which sections I should point out to?

Google 'site location plans' - there are many firms selling them online - usually around £8-10. Type your postcode and house no. in and they will email it to you.
For the meeting, you need to print out and take the two pages mentioned before.

1- I have already submitted a pre-planning application, so why site location plan is required?
2- Pages 21 and 22 of the technical guide do not seem to be referring to what I am after. May be it is because I do not understand the terminologies used there... Are you sure these two pages are helpful to take to the meeting?
