Would you like to be a Royal?

I'm not great fan of the Royals, but I do admire their dedication to duty in what I see as a very dangerous world. The Princes, and in particular Harry, Must be very high priority terrorist targets. They don't seem to let it worry them, but Harry will be well aware of what a sniper with with a high velocity sniper rifle could do from way down the end of the road. They are plucky, as I really can't see them going the next couple of decades without a number of attempts on their lives. Maybe they'll get a Popemobile type car and talk from behind bullet proof glass. If there was a successful attempt to bag a Royal by a Muslim fanatic - would it cause riots? Civil war? What do you think?

I wouldn't like to be one of the 'main' royals but one of the 'hangers on' would be ok. That way I could experience wealth without working & all the freebies they are given but still be able to walk along the sea front eating a bag of donuts.

Perhaps when we're thinking about the hangers-on, but the Queen and Phil the Greek definitely work a damned sight harder than I ever did.

I have a great respect for them.
