Is it okay to wrap 2-3 earths cables around each other and sleeve them together to then fix into the earthing nut on a metal light switch?

When i changed the switch they were already wrapped together in the same sleeving and fitted to the backbox so assume its fine from a SAFETY point of view? They are in contact together anyway in the earthing nut.

Cheers

Its very common and ok long as you don't go mad with the twisting. I prefer them separate- makes visual checks and testing easier.

Yeh they are only gently wrapped around each other not like braided or anything haha! Thank you! I thought it was fine as every light fixing and socket seems the same from past experience.
