Surely this makes everyone happy? Those who want the cultural enrichment get it all to themselves.

It seems a few lefties aren't happy about it. Why would that be?

It's absolutely brilliant campaigning. The greens either have to say they think it's a great idea or admit that they're utter hypocrites who vote for this crap from the safety of their middle-class white enclaves, knowing they won't be their neighbours. Some have already been caught out on social media saying that Reform are planning to "punish" them, revealing what they really think about the mess they're unleashing on poorer areas.

Well done Reform.

Given that the Greens advocate for open borders, why does Reform think that Green voting areas would favour detention centres in their region?

Surely the Green voters would have the strongest possible case for being against locking immigrants up.

To allow this they'd need to build a wall around their constituency, to ensure they keep all the cultural enrichment to themselves.

Otherwise all the scientists, doctors and engineers could get away, so they wouldn't benefit from them.

Yes, that's exactly my point.

The Reform policy should not be to build detention centres, it should be to 'detain' the immigrants (I make no distinction between illegal and legal - neither are welcome) within the Green voting areas, either by building a physical barrier and "border controls" that will apply anyone trying to leave the infested area (immigrant, Green voter) and get into the normal Reform led UK, or by some sort of non-removable leg tag that instantly injects the immigrant with a lethal poison if they attempt to get into normal UK.

I would vote for that every time.

I'm not sure who's winding who up!

They just need a rough and ready place to stay. In France they live in tents within disused industrial buildings. I'm sure there'll be similar somewhere around the leafy picturesque villages where preachy do-gooder Green voters live. Stick a big fence round it, put up some watch towers chucked together from scaffolding, armed guards, job done.

They'll stop coming as soon as this gets set up, it will only be needed temporarily anyway. But definitely a good idea to put the problem next to the people who claim to want it.

Paid for of course, by a levy on the council taxes of that area
