Wylex NSB20 Single Pole MCB tripping

My opinion - loose connection on the 20A MCB which has resulted in it and the cable connected to it partially melting, the heat has also damaged the adjacent RCD.

I don't recall it being a Wylex but I pulled one apart that had similar symptoms and just like this one the lever was squiffy. The mechanism was dislodged which meant the spring did not have the correct tension and tripped at a lower current, it too had to be reset many times before things were in a place to allow it to latch.

I vote a knackered MCB. But it does need proper testing to ensure it's not in the wiring/accessories.
