How long have you had it, and when did it stop working?

"AC failure" means it is not receiving power from the mains adaptor; or that it previously had a failure and you have not cleared the fault log.

Test the mains socket with another appliance.

Check that the wire is plugged firmly into the panel.

Is it showing a yellow light or a green light?

Have you got the instruction manual?

What model is it?

p.s.
try following all the steps listed in the other thread.

I cleared the fault log, but still I've got this three ticking sounds when I'm putting alarm on, I don't know the model of it but I'm attaching the picture

Check if all the detectors, door contacts, external bells and the panel itself to see if one of the items listed are partially closed and then giving out a tamper signal. If you've made sure every component of the system is closed up and working, then try again with setting the alarm.

three ticking sounds when I'm putting alarm on,

Instructions say:

Arming in Home Mode

1
When the system is disarmed (Alarm off), press

the home arm key on the control unit, keypad or

keyfob.

2 The control unit will start its countdown.

3 When the exit delay time is up, the control unit

will sound three short beeps. The siren will beep

once and the strobe will flash once after the exit

delay has expired. ‘Home’ will be displayed on

How to get rid off this sound? Any advice?
Thanks

None, it's burned into the board itself. It's designed to do it, to remind the user that the alarm is setting.

My neighbor they use A this same alarm and he does not give signals like mine. We don't talk much so I can't ask him to see the settings as it has done. Can someone could send me the settings ?
Of course, if someone using the yale alarm.
