YALE HSA 6400 WIRELESS SYSTEM PLEASE HELP ANYBODY ?

I was unable to shut off the alarm on entry with my key fob.
I started to enter my No. which I thought was within the time allowed but the panel went off.
Panel now has ALARM ALARM. which I can't get rid of, nor can I reset.
Have tried pressing Disarm button, then code then OK button.
Have also tried pressing disarm button, code, then any No 4/5 times but I still get ALARM ALARM on panel.
Can anyone please help
