Hi, can anyone help me, I've set up the alarm and all seemed good, however when I re-enter there is no 20 second countdown to give you time to disable, the alarm goes off straight away, what did I do wrong? Thanks

Your door contact needs to be set as an entry device. by default it is burglar when you learn things in following the quick set up.
Go into the menu system - choose - devices - edit devices and find your entry sensor (usually DC01) and set this as an ENTRY device and press the tick buton following the requests until you are back at the device list again and then backspace out of the system . . job done.
