The Back Boiler has just been changed to a Stove with Back Boiler in it (steel). Now the water from the cylinder gets very hot and cylinder water is Brown/ Yellow?

Direct vented copper cylinder.

Is this from hot water welling up from cylinder into the F&E tank in loft (Stirring sediment contents) or maybe newness of the Stove Back Boiler unit?

Any help would be great? :)

Maybe I have got the wrong end of the stick, but it sounds like a strange set up to use a direct cylinder with a steel heat exchanger (unless its perhaps stainless steel) it will mean rusty water and rapid corrosion of the steel heat exchanger.
