Yes or No

Right, I shall hunt down some XO. Amazon what nearly £10 for it. I don't think so.

I dont actually eat marmite, at least not now, Im on a blood pressure diet which is low low salt

Although an 8 gram serving of marmite only has 0.5 grams.

If you love marmite dont move to Denmark (its banned there)

There are restrictions on Marmite and Irn-bru sales in Canada, of the UK versions.

They're not banned in Canada either. This was another popular story circulating that a consignment of Iron Bru & Marmite was banned. This was down to incorrect paperwork.

Have you seen how much that Xo is?

never ever a good idea to buy mixed ingredients at best you will pay the same £ per kg /litre at worst perhaps 25-50% more for the same weight /volume even iff the added ingredient cost say 5 or 10% off the main ingredients
you also have poor quality ingredients like say cider or larger mixed with fruit and charge more than the premium
