Yet another asylum seeker says 'Thank you' in their own special way to the country that accepted them

I'm interested because I used to think the same until I stopped taking the media's word for it.

I'm interested too, now! It will be a lot more useful if you explain why he is different to the normal public perception rather me just reiterating everything we know already.

First of all one has to agree on what 'far right' is or isn't.

I knew it! This is going to end up with you claiming that Hitler was actually left wing :)

It won't if you stop bringing Hitler into the conversation. To be fair, I don't have time today to sit and debate it, may be another time.

Edit: For the record, there is no comment of mine which says what you say it does.

I just had an awful feeling that was where it would end up. Been there, done that, so many times. I no longer have the energy!

I was referring to others who often make that argument. I wasn't suggesting at all that you have ever done that on here.

Do you imagine the far right letting one of these things into the fold? If you do, you don't understand what the far right stands for.

Using the term 'far right' is all about distracting from the truth and putting the blame on a group that the liberals are opposed to. You're letting yourself fall for a big distraction here. Or you're perpetuating far left lies.
Or not...

"The woman at the centre of a case in which MI5 has admitted giving false evidence to three courts says she wants the service to give her a public apology.

Beth was attacked with a machete by her former partner, a neo-Nazi misogynist who used his MI5 role to coercively control her.

We revealed on Wednesday that MI5 gave false evidence to three courts over its handling of the man - a paid informant known only as agent X.

MI5 has now issued an "unreserved apology" describing what happened as a "serious error" - adding it took full responsibility.

But speaking for the first time since then, Beth - not her real name - asks: "Where's my apology?"

She believes she only matters to MI5 because she is "kicking up a fuss" by taking a legal case against the service and "throwing a spotlight on the way that they behave".

"But otherwise, if I were to just go quietly away, they'd never think about me again," she told the BBC.

Beth says she would like to see X - a foreign national - to be personally "held accountable for all the crimes he committed", and for there to be a review of how he was to go unpunished and start a new life abroad"

We used to be able to get dropped of at the front door of Bristol Airport. Now it looke like the fortifications outside a US embassy somewhere in the Middle East. Now costs us £5 to be dropped off 5 min walk away.

All because the usual suspects kicked off outside Glasgow airport. That involved a car too. Seems to be a worrying pattern forming here.
Been to many airports outside the UK ?

I said in this or maybe another thread, we now have barriers here there everywhere and why? We all know why.

Our freedoms are being slowly eroded because of a failed immigration policy and lack of strategy.

Come one come all seems to be the mantra.

No one is saying that.

More safe routes and processing outside of the UK are my suggestions. You don't seem to have any solutions.
Indeed...

There are now no longer any legal ways of claiming asylum in the UK...

The UK is now a pariah state in the face of international law when it comes down to the obligation of helping out those fleeing persecution/death!
