Zanussi fridge is not cold but freezer is...

Hiya,

I got Zanussi fridge freezer model Z563/W.

The sound of compressor never stop, the fridge is not cold and the freezer is working but it seem to produce much ice in the freezer.

I have tried to defrost it but still the same.

Should i refill the gas?

Is the thermostat on the fridge knackered. Easily changed.

I took off the thermostat, checked and tested it with the multimeter i seem to be working.

I use this guy youtube video as a guide.
