I remember a small incident I had whilst sinking an electric cable in a wall for my girlfriend.
I thought I was being very carful by switching off the CU before touching anything. Unbeknown to me there was a small second consumer unit (there were in a very small dark cupboard not easily visible - thats my excuse anyway) and yep you guessed it I got a shock and a lump on the head for my trouble.
The lump was inflicted by my girlfriend to being so daft!
