I did hear that the IEC wanted national standards makers to consider using a 0.67 fiddle factor for tables such as 41.2/3/4 in BS 7671. This would be instead of the 0.8 temperature adjuster.

I believe the view was that this higher factor better represented the uncertainties in EFLP testing generally.
