Did you ever repair your boiler flue? I have the same issue with a Potterton Kingfisher MF. It works really well and have been making repairs for over 15 years, but the flue could be the next thing that would work more efficiently.

Have the exact same situation. Considering limecrete with ASHP + UFH. Bodge job of waterproofing performed historically with membranes approx 1.5m above the floor level. A couple of the walls retaining soil.

Sorry to bother, looking for professional advice (as usual), hope you have a min to spare.
In a small room, removed old wall paper and underneath old skimming plaster which looks and feels solid, but has dozens thin, hairline cracks. We would prefer to paint that wall white, but guess cracks will show up. Wondered if you can advise on best way to go about it?
