To export your IE Favourites list, you save as a htm file in My Documents then move the Documents folder to a USB Stick:

As for your email contacts, it depends upon which email service you use but you can export them to your My Documents folder and move to the USB Stick.
Google 'Export XYZ email contacts'
Change XYZ for your email service.
