Serriously, had heard of double-yolkers, but never seen one. Until a few weeks ago, when I had my first one. So one every 47 years for me.

I hope I don't sound too arrogant when I say that I am disappointed if I do break one, but it happens only rarely. Although I did spend 2 years in college in the 80's doing Food Technology, including all kinds of cookery imaginable. So I had lots of practice!
