Ive got down to the last two rows of the flooring in one of the bedrooms. ive staggered the joints throught out to at least 300m. MY problem now is that ive end up with less larger pieces and i cant acieve the 300ml stagger for 3-4 pieces. Does this really matter? DO you suggest i take up the flooring, or just carry on.

It's more common and practical - saving on saw-waste - to stagger randomly and not in a fixed pattern. The minimum distance between joints in connecting rows should indeed by 300mm but can be more.

Does it matter if its any less then 300ml. I cant achieve this for the last row. Run out of the larger pieces

Provided that you have sufficient full length planks available to cover the full span (minus the short plank) of the 2 remaining rows, you should be OK. Logically, according to my understanding of your post, you will have to use 2 sub-300mm planks in each of the 2 last rows.
