Oh no, if there is one thing I hate its accidental moderating errors, and if the error results in a thread being locked, then that really hisses me off 
I've lost count of the number of forums I have left when threads can't be unlocked.
The current economic situation is nothing compared to the thread locking crunch.

Mods can unlock posts, but they can't "stitch" posts back together (admin can, but............)
