You've got to get your routine sorted fella. The liquid diet can be tempting but its not a long term fix. Think about getting your bed looking flash, somewhere you want to catch some sleep. Try and buy duvet online to make it nicer, stay away from the caffeine during the day and keep away from the computer up to an hour before bed. The rapid eye movement will keep you up for hours pal. If he is, so what? He's had a procedure costing a few sheets, but will no doubt save the NHS in thousands now he is slimmer. If he is not (as he has continually told you that he hasnt) then it would appear your jealous of him. Either way, I'm pretty proud of the fella.
