Best one I saw was a PLC cabinet full of boxes of tissues - I take it the idiot who put them there didn't know of the need for ventilation. Luckily I picked up on it before they went up in smoke.

I had problem with a PLC going crazy so banned mobile phone in case they were causing problem.

Operator hid phone in in box full of ASii slave units which really did mess it all up.

But in Harland and Wolff you would have also found metal flash as butties in them. Likely mine!
