Control panel of Vasco electric towel ladder

Hi. Here's a pic of the control panel at the foot of my Vasco heated towel ladder. It's been playing up for a while but at least it was possible to get heat out of it. Sadly, it's now given up the ghost - when switched on at the mains, all four lights blink in unison accompanied by a clicking noise.

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who can suggest whether the problem may be fixable by a local electrician or whether a new control unit can/should be obtained and connected to it.

You have carpet in your bathroom! Do you originate from Rotherham?

Anyway, have you tried googling vasco? Even if they dont sell the control unit, im sure they have a spares helpline (if still trading)
