I would agree if as you say supply is protected to 100A. Although I had a boss wanting me to do something similar.So what exactly is the problem?
The fact that if all 4 (or even 3 of 4) showers were on it would exceed the 100A rating?
Shouldnt the supply to the CU be protected by a fuse to stop exactly that happening?
If you install a combi boiler you don't say you can only have one hot tap as it can't supply two together so why any different with electric?
