I love barbecues, I had plenty before, looking forward to more

My specialty and you must try this,

Tandoori chicken barbecue, except no red colour but using tumeric for colour and flavour

no set recipe, but be sure to use indian spices in your recipe to make marinade and herbs, use oil and yoghurt, let it soak in for about 1 hour before cooking and keep turning whilst being marinated so it all gets coated. and cook

You can buy indian curry past, mix this with youghurt and oil and fresh herbs, be rough in your quantities according to your taste

We had our first barbecue for the year last night. Steak marinated in red wine and paprika with barbecued mushrooms and pita bread with a salad on the side. Brilliant. I must admit we had gone through 10 kg of wood coal by Easter last year.
