Glowworm 30ci

Please could someone point me in the right direction with a fault i have come across on a 30ci...
Constant CH demand,
Internal clock is in the off position,
No external thermostat only TRV's,
Link wire temp removed,
New SYMSI7.0 Pcb fitted.
No fault Codes...

When the new pcb was fitted was the engineer link removed?

This is the green plug top left of the pcb

Turn off power first as this is 240v

This engineer link is it marked J10 on the PCB,
Will check this evening.

Mr Beerlover, you are an absolute diamond.
As you was spot on with the engineer link on J10 not being removed. Am i right in saying this information useally comes with the new board... As i was unable to find this info in the MI's..

P.S it wasn't me who fitted the board originally......
