The light manufacturer say nothing, the switch manufacturer say do not use wire wound transformers... So, if I swap the old transformer for this one, well I be ok?

The light manufacturer say nothing, the switch manufacturer say do not use wire wound transformers... So, if I swap the old transformer for this one, well I be ok?

As long as it will fit it should be fine.
What he said. You might be able to install the transformer in the ceiling void if the original cables on the low voltage side reach. To be belt and braces sure of compatibility I suggest using the varilight remote touch dimmers.
