When I was done for speeding, I genuinely thought it was a 40 limit, it used to be. I had no intention of speeding.
I still had to pay the fixed penalty.
 
As I said earlier. Driving offences are the only 'intent' free crime. It is your duty to be aware.
 
That's what the Eltham 2 should have been charged with.
