Buzzing noise

I wonder if anyone can please help, we've just returned from a day out at Edinburgh Zoo, seeing the Pandas. There's a strange buzzing noise coming from the wife's underwear drawer, I'm a Plumber and it's not the radiator, anyone got any thoughts??

We actually had a customer phone up and complain that the new pump fitted that morning was making a hell of a racket.
When the guy turned up he thought that aint the pump and located her vibro in a drawer buzzing about.
Well old hyacinth kicks up merry hell about having to wait in for second visit and wants compensated.
Her face was meant to be a picture when the guy said try turning your vibro off after using it .
