Has anyone replaced copper pipes used for central heating and domestic water with Rehau's PEX pipe? I'm referring to an entire house install. This is something I'm thinking of doing, but I'm not sure if it is a good idea or not. What are the pitfalls, pros and cons?

Has anyone ever driven to France, Holland or Germany to buy it? I have a price list and some things seem to be well over priced. Hence the reason why I'm seriously considering driving to Europe to hopefully buy it cheaper.

Could someone clarify why Rehau materials are so expensive?

Get wirsbo unipipe.

Ok you'll need the press tool, but I believe you can hire them if you don't want to lash out a few quid for a one off job.
