Quality of Silverline levels

Dear friends,
I am from Bulgaria and would like to buy a level.
I looked in ebay.co.uk and found this item:

I like that it has:
* vials for 0 , 1, 2, ,3, 4 degree.
*magnet base
*laser beam

In my country Silverline products are not known at all. So please advice me does it worth to spend those money.
Anyone that has experience with levels from that brand?
Probably you are asking yourself why I am not buying level from my country? It is really very expensive if I would buy level with such features from here.
I would highly appreciate your comments.
I also accept suggestion for good levels (longer than 600 mm). My budget is thin-10-15 pounds.

The first one isn't stabila, the second one looks decent enough. Is it long enough for your needs?

Another vote for Stabila. Excellent build quality and not too expensive either.

If you want something a bit more affordable than the gold standard Stabila's.. the recent range from Draper are brilliant. Had them in a few sizes and they're great.. accurate and well built/sturdy. E.g.

I have to say that has not been my experience. Silverline levels are cheap crap.. chanced one or two in the past and they were inaccurate and easily damaged. I have 3 different sizes of the Draper set and not only are they bang-on for accuracy but very well made.. most importantly with solid acrylic set vials that are well mounted to the level. I work in shuttering so these things have to take some abuse, and the only difference between these Drapers and a Stabila is the price point and a fractionally tighter tolerance on the vial marks. Unless they got cheap again? All mine have the Kapro vials and are accurate to within 0.5mm over a meter.
