I want to disscuss frying pans

i have one of these you treat it as john D says to build up its non stick coat, but again, as he mentioned they are very heavy.

I bought two frying pans from IKEA for less than four quid they both smell of burning plastic with chemical fumes when you heat them up,

I inherited some iron Le Creuset, but they are very heavy so the woman won't use them, and I couldn't when I injured my arm.

I have to get a new pan because the old one sunk in the middle. So I gave it a bash and now its too high which irritates the missus. I'd rather use it like that but I have to get her off my back.

Wagner cast iron skillets.........simply the best they become non stick by seasoning them (search on the internet or it's cast into the back of the pan)
