I need to put a track across a patch of land -I know different areas have different rules but at a guess would I need permission?
It is from an existing vehicular gate from a minor unclassified road and would provide access to an existing barn.
I would consider crushed brick or scalpings as a material.
On a technical note I assume a coarse grade first,then a more decorative size on top after a compacting plate session.?
