Hello everyone. I am replacing a defective Potterton PRT2 central heating thermostat with a Honeywell T6360b as I have been informed by Potterton this is a three wire replacement. I will upload the current wiring configuration on the Potterton. I am fairly practical but I do not want to fry anything in the boiler so any assistance for fitting the new stat would be greatly appreciated. It should be a straightforward swap

Honeywell terminals...

1 Red (Live)
2 Blue (Neutral)
3 Yellow (Switched Live)

The Honeywell also has an Earth terminal so the unused green/yellow will now have a home.

Hello everyone tried as suggested by Jackthom, boiler fired up ok but call for heating LED was permanently on, any suggestions please! HOPEFULLY AN EASY FIX?

Try swapping the red and yellow wires.

Thanks everyone for the advice and Mr Hailsham spot on, swopped the red and yellow wires and now working perfectly.
