Hi, my how water pressure is very low in the kitchen, it is a mixer tap...

We dont have a combi boiler.. We got a new kitchen fitted a about 2 years ago, since then the hot water tap pressure as always been lower than it was before, but it was sufficient, but lately it is very low...

The boiler is a old one, but seems to run fine...we have tanks in the loft and a copper tank i the bedroom...

I am just wondering if anybody could help me out here... I am clueless when it comes to anything like this....

Hi,

Have a look underneath the sink to see if there is an isolation valve on the hot water pipe. If so is it fully open?

You could also unscrew the end of the mixer tap, take apart the plastic stopper and try and remove one of the bits that restrict the flow.
When the end of the mixer taps is off, turn the hot tap on. Just to clear and rubbish that might be blocking it.

Hi, I have checked valve it is fully open..
