As TTC says, a little investigation is required regarding of the configuration, are still wanting two way switching on existing and possibly altered part?
May be correct it is a house and yes it's mine, and the 2 way switches that are currently there will need to stay there I just need to be able to turn 4 lights off separately to the rest that's all

Nice one cheers for the help not:/ electrics is not my profession I'm a carpenter by trade so I'm asking general question thanks for the help everyone else!!
How you wire it will depend on how the existing lights are wired. You will need to group the lights into two sets, the 5 and the 4. If you want to be able to just switch off the 4 lights from a separate switch then that can be done quite easily by inserting a switch into the feed in between the two groups. But note that the switch will only be in play when the other lights are on.
It will probably be just as easy, having created the two groups of lights, to just wire them as two groups with their own switches, so you can switch them on and off from their own switches.
How you do that, and how it is wired, will depend on how the existing lights are wired up. I have a feeling we are going round in circles here as I have asked this before….
Can you describe how the existing lights are wired up and if the loop in is at the switches or at one of the lights. If you don't know, or don't know how to find out then you'll have to get someone on site to tell you. Photos of the wiring at the lights and the switches may help.

It may or not be easier.
Again I will ask you to tell us how the existing lights are wired.
I can not and will not waste any more of my time until you tell us that very basic bit of information.
If you do not know, or do not know how to find out, then you'll need to pay an electrician to do this for you.
