It needs a shake up ......whistle blowers are treated like pariahs.
Instead of their concerns being looked at every attempt is made to shut them up and pay them off.
As for the BMAC enough said. Bumped it to some friends and if his wife had not been on the ball I've no doubt he wouldn't be here.
What's needed in the NHS is a culture change ....thats it's there for the patients not the staff. A report a while back had a similar view.
Junior doctors strike ......that was about money and they didn't want to work weekends when the figures point to it as a necessity.
