I am trying to take apart my phone, and have 3 stuck screws.

They are very small screws.. 1 millimeter (mm) at the very most, maybe even a bit smaller.

(1) I used lubricant to remove some, but it didn't work on these 3 screws.

(2) I hit them with a hammer but it didn't work on these 3 screws.

(3) Pliers don't work because the screw is stuck in, and not sticking out.

The only remaining options I've seen are

(4) Screw extractor

The problem with this, is that there are apparently no screw extractors small enough for these screws.

I may be wrong on that though, so let me know

(5) Dremel

I fear as if this is going to cut all the phone plastic and stuff surrounding the screws, and therefore damage the phone.

What do you think..?? What is the solution here..?

Presumably you started with a well-fitting screwdriver of the correct size. Has its tip become damaged? What shape is it?
Show us a pic.

What effect did you think a hammer would have?

Can you get a soldering iron?

There is no damage at all to the tips of the screws. They simply will not unscrew.

Explain to me the soldering iron though.

Is your problem that the driver you are using is not gripping in th screw head or are they too tight to move? If the former, are you using the correct size.../ type, most phones I have repaired have had a torx head?

It's that they are too tight to move.

Soldering iron briefly touched to the head of the screw will make it expand, then as it cools it will contract and possibly turn easier. With small screws and plastic components you have to ge very quick though as it will heat up almost immediately.

It seems then that you cant grip the driver enough ?
Lay the phone on something soft and wedge it from moving or enlist a spare hand, grip the driver in some pliers with one hand while pressing down with the other to increase leverage.

None of this ended up working.

None.

WD-40 spray didn't work... Using different screws... tapping it... Nothing

How do I fix this..? Why is it so hard just to unscrew a screw..??!

Have you tried to tighten the screw first- honestly, it can help.

I have seen them before, cannot see them now without a magnifying glass :)

Tightening first helps.

By tightening.. you mean just screw it first... and then unscrew it after..?

don't know what you are using to try and take it apart, but mine came apart very easily with one of these kits.
