You should read the article, not just the headline:

MedalTracker.eu was produced by the Berlin-based agency Euro Informationen, which works for both the European Commission and European Parliament.

Ukip MEP and equestrian Jane Collins hit out at Brussels for erasing the achievements of Britain's sporting heroes, including Laura Trott and Mo Farah.......

The website admits the table, which was also produced for the 2012 Games in London, is not "entirely fair" on countries outside the EU.
It says: "................... The fictitious 'EU team' ........."

Oh heraginn your so provincial .........sigh .......I was pointing to the Olympics as a current issue and then in a similar vein pointing to a sporting event that shows the sheer dominance of the greatest race horse of all time over his competition and they were fast horses.

It's a thing to behold when you watch his performance .......at the end of the second clip .......They guy says slapping thd back if his hand in to the palm of his other hand " I'm sorry the horse was an athlete ! " I BLOOMING WELL AGREE !!!!


In the first clip the amazing point that Bill Nack relates is that in each quarter of a mile the horse is going faster than the preceding quarter instead of tiring at the end of the race the horse is going faster than ever !
