The EU wont discuss or start trade talks. Without knowing the shape of the trade deal, the Irish border cant be defined. To say the onus is being put on the EU is rubbish form the remoaning camp.
In the same way, Barnier keeps saying 'you have to pay what you owe' -the UK dont owe anything legally apart from projects it has committed to over the budget period. How ridiculous that they keep spouting the same words, whiy cant they define what they think we owe? We know why, its because the UK want free trade, the EU dont care about the UK and never have done, they just want our dough.

Surely you mean a weak Tory government? Remainers moaning won't make a jot of difference but common sense might. Perhaps the Tories feel they should have the best interests of the British public at heart. Maybe that's why they have decided to double their offer.
