Yes.Did you?
Well I dunno, Looking at all the posts, and the links, maybe Corbin didn't ever say he'd write off student debt, but it sure looks as though he implied it sufficiently for his stablemates to come out with the same comment, so maybe I've got to side with JohnD on this one; even if he does make himself look like an Ostritch with his head in the sand.
Unfortunately JohnD has twisted what I said, I never said promise.
JC said he would deal with the debt and some of his MPs stated that student debt would be written off.
After the election, JC downgraded 'deal with it', to 'its an ambition'.
The reality is that it bought the youth vote. Which wont happen next time. Its got JohnD rattled, thats why he keeps denying it
The most balanced interpretation is
https://fullfact.org/education/student-debt-what-did-labour-say/
Personally I dont think ending student debt or tuition fees is a good policy for social democracy.
Yes.
Did you want JohnD to post it? Is that what your problem is?
Unfortunately JohnD has twisted what I said
Gotcha. I guess I'm stuffed. My problem is your link doesn't support the claim.
Farage said "could be a demand.....", "...I don't want a second referendum", "I won't fight for a second referendum".....
Nowhere does it support the claim that "Farage said we need a second referendum".
Notch continues to be unable to find any proof of his lies.
Because it doesn't exist.
He doesn't even want to show the interview clip.
Because it proves him to be a liar.

A bit like Jeremy Corbyn paying off student debt and ending student loans.TM likes her pledges to do something.
Maybe this pledge will go the same way as the others:
After the election, he finally admitted it was only 'an ambition'
I never said promise.
And still Labour are ahead in the polls.

Sounds familiar though....Even Froggy Farage said (before the referendum) that a 48/52 vote wasn't decisive and the argument needed to be resolved with a further vote.
Correct. They are already on board. The reality is that it bought the youth vote. Which wont happen next time
take it up with the BBC
